Emory Hill Welcomes Kyle McLaughlin to the Brokerage Team
NAI Emory Hill is pleased to welcome Kyle McLaughlin to the commercial real estate brokerage team. Kyle’s background comes with more than a decade of real estate management, hospitality, and entrepreneurial experience. He focuses on sales and leasing at Emory Hill, representing tenants and landlords in transactions in the Mid-Atlantic region. Within the commercial real estate sector, Kyle has experience in owner-user sales, mixed-use development, and retail, medical, flex, and industrial leasing.
Background and Experience
An avid reader and listener of “all things business,” Kyle enjoys brainstorming new ideas and business initiatives. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Delaware, where he teaches entrepreneurship and is involved in a number of consulting projects. Having a background in business ownership and consulting allows Kyle to have a great rapport with his clients. In his spare time, Kyle can be found experiencing new restaurants, golfing, traveling, and/or getting outdoors to be active with his wife, Kelsey, and their dogs.
Education
Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Providence College. He was a Division 1 member of the Men’s Swimming and Diving teams at both schools, being a two year captain at UD.
