NAI Emory Hill Facilitates Sale of Stanley’s Tavern to Ashby Hospitality Group

New Castle, DE-October, 2, 2024 – NAI Emory Hill is proud to announce the sale of Stanley’s Tavern, a Wilmington landmark, to Ashby Hospitality Group. After 45 years of ownership, Steve Torpey has passed the business and real estate to the Ashby team, ensuring that Stanley’s will continue to serve as a cherished local favorite for years to come. 

NAI Emory Hill represented both the buyer and the seller in this transaction, which involved not only the sale of the restaurant but also the adjoining office building. Sig Stanley’s Tavern LLC and Foulkwood Investment Group, LLC, were the official sellers, while Ashby Management Corporation acted as the buyer.
