Brian Ashby, CCIM, and Grace Mudrick Earn Delaware Associate Broker Licenses

New Castle, DE [February 6, 2025] – NAI Emory Hill is pleased to announce that Brian Ashby, CCIM, and Grace Mudrick have earned their Associate Broker licenses in Delaware. Their achievements are a testament to continuing education and professional growth in the real estate industry. 

Since joining NAI Emory Hill in 2020, Brian has brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his clients and an entrepreneurial perspective from his award-winning career in restaurant ownership and real estate. 

Brian is licensed in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. During his tenure in real estate, he has gained intimate knowledge and first-hand experience in the full life cycle of brokerage and development. In 2023, he earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Grace Mudrick has over 16 years of experience in real estate brokerage and property management. She manages both single-family and multifamily residential properties for individual and portfolio owners and holds real estate licenses in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Prior to joining NAI Emory Hill, Grace worked as an Executive Property Manager for a local firm and is also an active investor with a portfolio of over 16 single-family properties. 

The addition of their Associate Broker licenses further strengthens NAI Emory Hill’s ability to provide expert brokerage and property management services in the region.
