Emory Hill Negotiates 10-Year Lease to Aldi, Inc. on Route 202

New Castle, DE – January 16, 2024-Jim O’Hara and Neil Kilian, SIOR, of NAI Emory Hill recently negotiated a 10-year lease on behalf of the landlord, LBD Wilmington, LLC, to Aldi, Inc. a German-based grocery store with more than 2,000 retail locations in the United States. 

The 33,262 SF space, situated on 3.07 acres, is located at 4130 Concord Pike in Wilmington, DE.
