The Brokerage division concluded an outstanding year, completing 200+ sales and lease transactions with a total transaction value in excess of $120 million, including its largest deal of the year, the sale of a 183,235 square-foot industrial facility in Newark, DE.
The Property Management team added new clients to their nearly 6-million square-foot portfolio under management in the Mid-Atlantic region.
The Emory Hill team expanded in 2024 with several key hires: John Nocket joined as Director of Construction, Brian Hildick as Estimator, Mike Lenoir on the Maintenance team, Emily DeSanctis as Property Manager, Rich Dudek, SIOR, and Kyle McLaughlin in the Brokerage division, and Allison Terranova as Marketing Director. Their expertise and dedication have already made a significant impact on operations and client services.
Additionally, several significant employee milestones were celebrated. Bill Gray marked 5 years in the Construction division, while Lorraine Sheldon and Tim Plemmons both celebrated 10 years in the Brokerage division. Araceli Rosario, Property Management Accountant, reached an impressive milestone of 20 years with the company.
