Araceli Rosario – 20 Years

Araceli Rosario celebrates 20 years with the company as a valued accountant on the Property Management team. Her dedication and expertise have been instrumental in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of Emory Hill’s property management operations. Araceli’s commitment to excellence embodies the core values of the company.

Lorraine Sheldon – 10 Years

Lorraine Sheldon celebrates 10 years with NAI Emory Hill’s brokerage team, bringing a wealth of expertise to her clients in industrial, retail, land, office and residential transactions across Delaware. Her notable achievements include brokering a 78-acre land sale and a 67,000 square-foot building sale, showcasing her exceptional ability in handling significant deals. Lorraine is an active leader in several professional organizations, including Delaware Real Estate Women (Past President) and the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Council (Director and Program Co-Chair), Claymont Renaissance Development Corporation (Board Member) and is also a licensed broker.

Tim Plemmons – 10 Years

Tim Plemmons, an industrial commercial real estate market leader on the brokerage team, celebrates 10 years with the company. Tim has helped his clients complete more than 300 transactions in his time at Emory Hill and recently eclipsed the $100 million mark on total transaction value. His “boots on the ground” market knowledge ensures his clients make informed and strategic real estate decisions. Tim is a member of the Commercial Industrial Realty Council (CIRC), New Castle County Chamber of Commerce, Delaware State Chamber of Commerce and has been a youth baseball coach and board member with the KAU Little League for the past six years. When not working or on the baseball field, Tim enjoys racquet sports, hiking and spending time with his wife and five children.

Bill Gray – 5 Years

Bill Gray, a project manager on the construction team, celebrates 5 years with Emory Hill. With over 30 years of construction experience, including two decades in supervisory roles, Bill has played an integral role in the successful delivery of multiple projects across Northern Delaware, Chester County, and Delaware County. Notable projects under Bill’s management include CERTS Inc. Adult Action Center, Dassault Falcon Hangar #2 Engineering renovation, Christiana Meadows Clubhouse renovation, Lamotte Company Water Quality Testing 90,000 SF renovation, and Lawrence Wetlands Preserve Nature Building.
