New Castle, DE – August 13, 2024 – Jim O’Hara, Jr. of NAI Emory Hill Real Estate Services, representing the seller, 2055 Limestone Road, LLC, recently negotiated the sale of a +/- 35,535 square-foot multi-tenant office building situated on 2.81 acres, located at 2055 Limestone Road in Wilmington, DE.

Rich Dudek, SIOR, also of NAI Emory Hill, represented the buyer, 605 South Bay Road, LLC.

2055 Limestone Road is a three-story, multi-tenant office building located at the intersection of Limestone Road (Route 7) and Kirkwood Highway (Route 2). The building is occupied by medical and general office tenants.
