Background & Experience

Brad has over 15 years of construction experience and joined Emory Hill & Company in 1998 as a superintendent, becoming a projects manager in 2013. He has completed hundreds of tenant fit-outs of all sizes for Emory Hill & Company. Some of his most notable projects have been renovating a historic bank for the Delaware State Bar Association, several Goodwill stores, a data center for AIG Insurance, multiple projects for First USA, Morgan Stanley, CSC Little Falls, and the Shoppes of Louviers Phases I and II.
